A 57-story ultra-luxury tower in Sunny Isles Beach. The building has earned global acclaim, in no small part because of its first-of-its-kind automobile elevator lift system – the Dezervator. The patented Dezervator is the brain child of, and aptly named after, the tower’s developer, Gil Dezer.
